The Girl's Renaissance Inc is a nonprofit that provides young women the knowledge and training to accomplish their goals and use their voice in the world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create an environment for security, success, and betterment. We utilize our resources, training, and love to encourage young women to flourish in life, gain clarity from resentment, strive for a better future, turn tragedy into triumph, defeat into conquer, and despair into destiny
Our Programs
Job Skills
We provide valuable jobs skills to young women so that they can go out to the workforce and get great jobs.
Daycare Services
Our Daycare services were implemented to take the daily stress off of the young women's lives that we help.
Life Skills
We provide valuable life skills to young women by teaching them how to complete basic life skills.
Counseling
We offer family counseling to help women get in touch with their feelings and understand themselves.
Educational Training
Our educational trainings provide a learning path to young women looking to better their skills and experience.
Proper Positive Care
Proper Positive care is provided for young women of the community that needs help and guidance with staying positive.
Our Founder
Teshayana McMillan comes from a Rural area known as the Mount Pleasant Community which is located west of Tallahassee Florida. She was motivated by her ordeal to achieve higher education and become an example to others. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. She has also written and published a book titled Beauty Scandal. She is the CEO of The Girl's Renaissance Inc. Her vision is to change the lives of young females who are in despair and feel hopeless. She desire to show young females who have no hope that they can overcome all obstacle's.
